At Strive Studio we love to turn the music up, sweat, and have fun, but also stay true to what yoga is all about: mindfulness, meditation, and connection. Our team of experienced and creative instructors offers hot power yoga, warm vinyasa, pilates, and restorative yoga, as well as special events and workshops.

STRIVE STUDIO DUXBURY: Our beautifully renovated yoga studio is located in the heart of Duxbury, tucked away in Hall's Corner. With medical grade infrared heaters and a room full of natural light, we think this studio is a hidden gem.  Childcare and showers available.

STRIVE STUDIO NORWELL: This beautifully renovated studio brings its own vibe with its dim lighting and medical grade infrared heaters. The studio is the perfect balance to our Strive Fitness & Performance classes. We partnered with Infinite Potential Physical Therapy where you you can go for all your rehab and recovery needs! Infinite Potential has recovery suites with sauna and cold plunge tubs as well as massage. Childcare and showers available.

Props are often used to enhance comfort and release, and the instructor may offer gentle touch to assist in your relaxation journey. There is no commitment. You can come for one month and if you decide it’s not for you, we can go our separate ways at the end of the month. A phone call, e-mail would be sufficient notice to stop.

Rates are based on paying with via ACH with a routing and account number.  When paying with a credit card, there is an additional $10 processing fee added to the monthly rate.
