YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Taylor has been practicing yoga for about 15 years. What initially began as a way to offset the physical impact of athletics soon became a lifeline through life’s many transitions. Over time, yoga became a constant presence, serving as a reminder of the importance of self-reflection in personal growth and evolution.

Believing wholeheartedly that yoga is for everyone, Taylor encourages integrating the practice into both the mind and body in a way that feels authentic and accessible.

A true New Englander, Taylor was born and raised on Cape Cod and strives to incorporate the  strength, and find peace on the mat. Also a trusted mentor to other yoga teachers, she guides instructors in building confidence, refining their skills, and discovering their authentic teaching voice.

Taylor invites students to flow with her, tap into their inner strength, and embrace the energy within. And rest assured—she will always recognize the twinkling lights in those who step onto the mat with her.
